Stand-Alone Toothbrush

The Stand-Alone Toothbrush is designed with a four-pronged stand built into the handle, this toothbrush can be stored by itself in an upright position to prevent contact with bathroom surfaces that often contain germs.

Individuals could easily store the “Stand-Alone Toothbrush” on a countertop or shelf without using a toothbrush holder or drinking glass.

The handle portion of the brush would feature a built-in stand, permitting the toothbrush to air dry without coming into contact with bathroom surfaces that may harbor germs. Mechanism which creates standcan be placed either within the handle or on the handle's surface.

The Stand-Alone Toothbrush would be made from plastic, and would look and work like a conventional toothbrush.

Once brushing is complete, users could release the four-pronged stand enclosed within the body of the brush by pressing down on the lever attached to the side of the device. The prongs would extend down over the bristle portion of the toothbrush so it could be stored in an upright position without coming into contact with the bathroom sink or other surfaces.
