I am the owner of a floor care and restoration business. We provide, among other things, commercial carpet cleaning and bio-hazard emergency services.

I initially got the idea for the BCR while cleaning in a 12-story, mid-rise building with a conventional floor cleaning "swing machine." The electrical cord kept getting tangled and falling out of the power receptical. I thought there had to be a better way to clean floors and save time in the process.

I began by constructing four different working prototypes. As a floor care and restoration professional, I was able to field test each BCR prototype in areas ranging from 10,000 to 18,000 square feet. By the time I was ready to put the BCR into production I had logged over one million feet of testing.

My first two commercial units were purchased by a large military contractor. It has taken me more than four years of work to reach this point.
